DES Schoolwide Virtual Snow Day Schedule (10:30 - 3:15)

10:30 - 11:00 Attendance & Morning Meeting Students should log into Schoology with their Student ID and password and enter their teacher's Homeroom course. From there they can click on Zoom in the left navigation menu and then click the JOIN button to enter the Zoom session
11:00 - 12:00 Language Arts or Math Lesson

Students remain in the Zoom session used for Attendance & Morning Meeting.

At the end of this lesson, students should log out of Zoom.
12:00 - 12:30 Lunch

Lunch for all members of DES

Students do not need to be logged into Zoom during this time.
12:30 - 1:00 Recess (Screen Break)

Break for all members of DES 

Students do not need to be logged into Zoom during this time.
1:00 - 2:00 Language Arts or Math Lesson

Students should log back into the same Zoom session (through their Homeroom Schoology course) they were in for the morning lesson.

At the end of this lesson, students should log out of Zoom.
2:00 - 2:30 Ansynchronous Specials Block

Students can find asynchronous activities for Specials inside their Homeroom Schoology course in a folder called Specials.

Students do not need to be logged into Zoom during this time.
2:30 - 3:15 Science and/or Social Studies Lesson

Students should log back into the same Zoom session (through their Homeroom Schoology course) they were in for the morning and afternoon lessons.

At the end of this lesson, students should log out of Zoom.
